designing philosophy

This statue measures approximately 50 centimeters in height and is inspired by the scene in episode 119 of the Black Clover animation where Asta battles against Zagred. In this statue, Asta in his powerful Black Divider form, is wearing a Black Bulls robe. Behind him, a sharp-eyed demon follows closely. Black flames and dark red energy swirl around the character, perfectly capturing the awe-inspiring moment when Asta delivers his final strike.

This Black Clover 1:6 scale statue, authorized by Pierrot China, designed and produced by X1Art Studio. Each product comes with an anti-counterfeit label from Pierrot China and an NFC anti-counterfeit chip from X1Art Studio to ensurethe product's authenticity.

How to determine if an order is successful?

After the buyer has paid the deposit/full payment successfully, he/she can check the order information by entering the reservation mobile phone number in "X1ART Official Account / Order Verification". If the order status is "Deposit Paid", it means that the reservation has been successfully made. (Only for users in mainland China)

Can I request a refund after an order reservation is made?

After the reservation is successful, we will start the production process according to the order. Once the deposit is paid, it is non-refundable and cannot be used to offset the deposit or final payment of other products. If you mind, please place your order with caution.

When will the product be shipped?

The delivery time of pre-sale products shall be subject to the product details page and the official notice. In case of force majeure or special circumstances, the delivery date may be adjusted. How to apply for after-sales service?

Please contact your dealer, they will make an after-sales application for you and the after-sales parts will be reissued through the dealer.

How do I deal with missing parts?

If you find that the product has missing parts when you unpack it, please be sure to keep the photos and unpacking videos as evidence, and then promptly ask your dealer to submit a detailed description to X1Art during the warranty period. X1Art's after-sales team will verify and confirm and handle it for you in a timely manner.

How to deal with damaged products received?

Whereas the special nature of the product, please be sure to unpack and inspect it immediately when signing for it. If you find serious damage caused by logistics and transportation, please refuse to accept it and return it, and keep the unpacking video for claiming compensation from the carrier. If it is slightly damaged, you can sign for it first and properly keep the relevant photos and unpacking videos as evidence for claiming compensation from the carrier, and contact your dealer in time to explain the situation.

How long is the free warranty period?

If you submit an after-sales application through an agent or contact X1Art customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, X1Art will provide free after-sales service unconditionally.
